APPOINTMENTS
Interested in scheduling an appointment, well this is all you have to do!
- For custom work, it will likely be necessary for you to come in and speak with an artist and have some art work created before scheduling. Depending on complexity of the art work, we can do this via email (appt@pens- needles.com) and by phone at (719) 287-5605.
- In order to schedule for tattoo work, we need to know exact design, size and placement. This allows us to know how much time to schedule for your session. This has to be determined by your artist. All artist work at different speeds.
- Once the tattoo design, size, placement and price are established you can schedule your appointment. The studio does require a deposit of a minimum of $25 for regular appointments or $50 for all day and half day appointments the total cost on all appointments. The balance is paid after services are rendered. Work being done by the hour requires a one hour deposit.
- This deposit is taken to ensure you understand and respect our time constraints. If you feel like you can't make a certain day or time please DON'T schedule until you will be available.
- This deposit is non-refundable. You must give (before your appointment time) notice of cancellation. You can do that by the phone(719) 287-5605 and or the email (appt@pens-needles.com).
- We do allow a one time courtesy re-schedule. This needs to be done at time of cancellation or we will hold the deposit and you'll need to start process over when you are sure of your schedule.
- Same day appointments additionally do require a deposit if the time is outside of an one hour window at the time of scheduling. Please be sure you will be available for the time you signed up for.
- All walk-ins are taken on a first come first serve basis.
- TOUCH-UP APPOINTMENTS are only scheduled on Monday thru Wednesday and your work is guaranteed for the life of our tattoo, unless aftercare instuctions are not followed! Any additional touch-ups as a result of aftercare failure will be a shop minimum of $25, or priced at the artist's discretion.
*NOTE: You will loose your deposit if you are more than 30 minutes late of your scheduled time or if you don't show at all!
